About Nico
Nice to meet you. I'm Nico Freitas, a Brazilian architect based in Barcelona. I design and handcraft wooden lamps. My first two designs received international recognition for design excellence less than a year after I began exploring wood as a medium for my design work.
Designed and handcrafted in my Barcelona studio, every lamp is individually numbered and digitally authenticated—a continuation of the same idea from the first sketch to the final signature.
